We use the title of “partner” to refer to a director, employee or consultant who is a practising lawyer of Lyons Davidson with equivalent standing, or in the case of Lyons Davidson Scotland, a member, employee or consultant who is a practising lawyer with equivalent standing.

2.3 We shall hold the information provided for a period of 12 months, and may contact you during that time regarding it. Following this period, the information we hold will be destroyed.

3.1 Unlike most on-line services, this website does not send "cookies" to you.
